Woven Collective

Communities and organizations are made up of different people, roles, and perspectives. What gives them strength isn’t sameness. It’s how those differences are woven together into something durable.

Woven Collective exists to help groups find clarity, alignment, and a shared path forward when things feel complex, sensitive, or hard to navigate.

Helping communities and organizations move forward. Together.

I support organizations during moments that require trust, thoughtful communication, and steady coordination.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and execution. Helping people get on the same page so work can move forward without unnecessary friction.

What I Do

How I Help

Strategy & Planning

  • Clarifying goals, constraints, and priorities

  • Turning complex initiatives into realistic, phased plans

  • Anticipating questions and points of tension early

Messaging & Communication

  • Translating complex or emotionally charged topics into plain, human language

  • Aligning messaging across websites, email, social, and print

  • Creating FAQs, talking points, and leadership materials

Coordination & Execution

  • Supporting timelines, deliverables, and follow-through

  • Building simple systems and templates that reduce overwhelm

  • Helping initiatives move from planning to action

Advisory Support

  • Serving as a calm thought partner during periods of change

  • Helping leaders think through decisions before they’re communicated publicly

Woven Collective is led by a practitioner with deep experience supporting community-based and mission-driven initiatives.

Much of my work has taken place in nonprofit, education-adjacent, and volunteer-led contexts. Where clarity, trust, and thoughtful communication are essential, even when resources are limited and stakes are high.

I bring a steady, people-centered approach to complex situations, helping groups find alignment, reduce friction, and move forward together.

I live and work in Wisconsin and care deeply about strong, connected communities.

A Note on How I Work

Who I Work With

How Engagements Work

Engagements are flexible and tailored to what’s actually needed, including:

  • Project-based support

  • Short-term strategy or communication sprints

  • Ongoing advisory or fractional support

The goal is always the same: clarity, alignment, and forward movement — without unnecessary noise.

I believe:

  • Clarity builds trust

  • Calm beats urgency

  • Shared understanding leads to better decisions

My work is practical, collaborative, and grounded in respect for the people involved.
